Certifying a building is an investment that offers a real, measurable return that grows over time. Here are the six main benefits our clients gain by obtaining certification for their existing buildings or those currently under construction.

Higher appraised value

Sustainably certified assets command value premiums of between 5% and 25% compared to equivalent non-certified assets, according to studies by JLL, CBRE, and Knight Frank. In a tightening market, certification is one of the factors that best protects value against depreciation.

Access to Green Financing
